Receive no notification within alert in Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012R2

Dear AX experts,

I was receiving notifications and suddenly it stopped, these notifications pops up when user creates a direct delivery SO or Direct Delivery PO in AX, Can you advise/guide in steps  how troubleshoot and resolve this issue
