Transfer order from Purchase order

So i need little help with some problem I need to create Transfer Order after the moment when Purchase Order (Document status) will be updated to Product Received. I know that PurchFormLetter is the class that make the update but i need to catch the moment on the Table or Form level, Im Junior in x++ programming so I will be grateful if someone will help me with this problem.
