Hi Joni,

This could be due to old junk data in your workflow table, which does not have any related source records.

If this is not a live environment you're working on, you can try removing previous workflow messages.

If in Live system, try to make the workflow status to cancelled for existing unprocessed messages. and submit to workflow again. (Please keep a backup of your database before this)
