Try to narrow the problem by switching off and on the various steps *) in the wave template, and switch off autoprocessing in the worktemplate.

Activate replenishments
If the problem seems to be related to the processing, the location directive set up might be the cause. Do you use fixed locations?
Replenishment performance is improved in CU9 and will be improved further in CU10 I believe.
