Is there a way to access AX SSRS report with Active Directory user that is not added to AX users?
I've tried to give appropriate permissions to SQL reports folder, but the most I achieved was report showing number of pages with no other information.
I also tried adding the report to Enterprise Portal and assigning appropriate permissions to the page, but again - it works with AX+AD user only. AD user without AX access can see the EP page, but the report area is blank.
Would that mean the only way to access AX data in SSRS report is to create Reporting project, which would access Dynamics AX database directly? Doesn't look like a great idea to me.

P.S. Forgot to mention an option to access the data I need via services.
