Recalling invoiced sales order from mPOS

Hi all,

I keep getting this error when I try to recall invoiced sales order: "You must calculate the transaction total before issuing a credit memo. Click the Calculate total button and then try again". The error appears at the end when I try to pay the recalled order which should complete the process. When I tap on Calculate total, I get no message and nothing changes. AX 2012 R3 CU9 is in question.

Any help appreciated.
