1. Since support team has not affirmed it yet, I cannot say that it's a bug, but we have made some debugging and found the piece of code that generates this behavior. We will know the final diagnostic on the next days.
2. Update15 (7.0.4841.35234) with any fix applied
3. Yes, we got the same warning and because of that behavior we are not able to pack all the product of the load and take it to the shipping location, so we cannot confirm the shipment since the load is not completely on baydoor.
Did you try the workaround that I suggested? I know that it may give you some extra work, but it's the only way that we have found to avoid this problem.
