Cannot process Product Received, error "Changes to the document are only allowed in state draft,because change management is activated"

hi all,

i want to proceed product received process, but the system give me an error :

- "Changes to the document are only allowed in state draft,because change management is activated"

- "Removal of suspension of recid allocation for table PurchParmTable has failed"

My PO is "Confirmed" and the state is "Open order".

Is there anyone who know what happen with my PO?
