How to set user privilege for single tab in form and single field in grid

Hi Experts ,

i m using the form (inventonhandintercompany) . i did customization in this form and add 4 new tabs . name as like (transaction, globaltranscation, importpurchase ..)

i want to create user privilege for one tab and one field  in this form .. system admin will want to see all tabs but for some users i not want to show that tab and one fields in form .. 

how to do this . can any one give me links and solution
