upgrade ax09 to ax2012

Hi guys ,

I am working on upgrade ax09 to ax 2012.

While running live preprocessing getting error as : method name : updateemplttablepreprocessing.

when i click on job errros . i can see it is saying. 

1)Cannot create a record in HcmWorker (HcmWorker).The record already exists

2)Script: ReleaseUpdateTransformDB50_Basic.updateemplTablePreProcessing(com). Last control data: dmmap

how can i resolve it .... my live preprocessing is not move forward because of this error
