Custom data entity on 365 - How I can create a new Worker?

Dears,

I am new to 365, I want to upload an Excel sheet that has workers info(emp ID , name) to D365 using DMF, but I could not, because we have about 3 tables should be filled at the same time when creating a worker (HCMWorker, HCMEmployement, DirPersonName). So I would appreciate if you help me guys to do this.
