GDPR for Dynamics AX 2012

Hi all,
Regarding the GDPR regulation (General Data Protection Regulation "...that imposes new rules on organizations in the European Union, those that offer goods and services to people in the EU, or that collect and analyse data tied to EU residents"), does anyone know if Dynamics AX 2012 is compliant? For customers residing in Europe, is it necessary to apply actions to make them compliant?
