My organisation has created new financial calendar period April 2018/March 2019. The operating period 1 to 12 are open except the opening period 0 which is the opening period for the year that is close for now
We normally create Sales order in CRM two months in advance which means for April 2018, sales orders are generated in 01 Feb 2018 and should automatically pushed through to AX. All sales order created in CRM for April 2018 are not going through and CRM is giving error message that the period 01/04/2018 does not exist.
If have checked the set up of the new financial calendar and ledger, both appear okay. Please where else can I check. Other transactions are going on fine except those relating to the new financial calendar.
