Well, then I misunderstood the discussion in last few replies.

Looking at older replies, it seems that you're trying to upgrade ISV layer without having a license for it. If you're not an ISV, you shouldn't be upgrading the ISV layer. Ask the ISV to give you the upgraded version.

If it's your code in ISV layer, use an appropriate license. If you don't have any, obtain it from Microsoft before continuing.

Also, it seems you merely ignored the warning that you have modifications in some kernel classes (that's what I guess from your description "warning that i must check the log for the objects that could not be passed"; please give us exact error messages next time). You should fix the problem (= remove the modifications and start the upgrade again) instead of just trying the next step.
