The charge Customs cannot be allocated because no lines match your selection criteria.

Dear All,

While Allocating charges i am getting this error "The charge Customs cannot be allocated because no lines match your selection criteria.". 

Customs : Debit - Item

                 Credit - Customer\Vendor.
