Back the inventory loss on trial balance

Good day,

I have a problem; zero out quantity of item, when we check the trial balance there are inventory loss happen , I try to return the quantity using the process that I did before, but the problem is the transaction year 2017. If I return the quantity today, the date of transaction is 2018.

Please help me to solve this problem?
