Dear Expert,
I have a problem concerning on receiving Transfer Order Shipment. within a single transfer, our warehouse shipped 3 different items to one of our stores. however, store supervisor could only receive two of the shipped items, while another one item could not be received. I have checked the history (screenshot attached) and there is no further information on how I can deal with it.
Now, I am concerned on how to deal with it, if:
- All items (including one item), have been sold out.
- One or all items are still available in the store
- All above, but to deal with the shipper (our warehouse) regarding the items they have shipped
