This error is because of a time-out. It can be caused by a large number of records or long running query. You can have a look how to change the timeout settings: blogs.msdn.com/.../how-to-addressing-ssrs-session-timeouts.aspx

Also have a look at the number of records or if you have a slow SQL query.
